A 10 year career in startups is where our founder, David J. Bland learned lessons the hard way. The first B2C (Business-to-Consumer) startup he joined in 1999 ended up being B2B (Business-to-Business) startup before being acquired in 2006.

In 2011 he set out on his own to empower companies from within, aiming to refine objectives, offer different points of view, and encourage experimentation in methodologies. Free of needless paperwork, reports, and big bills, David teaches methods for companies to find better answers - their own answers. With his personal and focused approach, the lessons David learned professionally and personally can steer companies clear from making the same mistakes.
